These terms apply when you buy LeadForge from leadsforge.co.uk. By completing a purchase you agree to them. Seller contact: sakib.websites@gmail.com.
LeadForge is downloadable software that runs on your own computer. It finds local businesses without websites, generates demo websites, and helps you send outreach. Depending on the tier bought (Starter, Pro, or Done-for-you) it includes the features listed on the sales page at the time of purchase. Payment is a one-off fee for lifetime access — there is no subscription.
Immediately after payment you are redirected to a download page. The download link stays active for 30 days; if you miss it, email us and we'll re-send your files. The Done-for-you tier additionally includes installation, configuration, and an onboarding call arranged by email after purchase.
LeadForge sends real emails and messages to real businesses. You are responsible for using it in line with the laws that apply to you — in the UK that includes UK GDPR and PECR (rules on direct marketing). The software ships with safety defaults (daily sending caps, personal-inbox filtering); you must not use it for spam or unlawful marketing. You are the data controller for any lead data you collect with it.
LeadForge automates prospecting work, but we make no promises about how many clients or how much income you will get. Results depend on your market, your offer, and the work you put in. Any figures on the sales page describe how the software functions, not guaranteed outcomes.
Email support is included with every tier (priority for Pro; 30 days of setup support for Done-for-you). Support covers installing and using the software, not general business advice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. The software is provided "as is"; we don't warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party services it relies on (e.g. Gmail, Cloudflare) will remain available or free.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
