If LeadForge isn't for you, email sakib.websites@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address you bought with (or your Stripe receipt) and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.
Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days of being approved.
The £497 tier includes hands-on setup work. The same 14-day guarantee applies before your setup has been carried out; once setup is complete, refunds are at our discretion.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — if the software is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of the 14-day window. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
