This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit leadsforge.co.uk or buy LeadForge, and how it is used. LeadForge is operated by an individual seller based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: sakib.websites@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Purchase data. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe shares with us your name, email address, and what you bought so we can deliver your order and provide support.
• Analytics & advertising data. This site may use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and shares visit and purchase events with Meta Platforms so we can measure our ads. See Meta's privacy policy.
• Emails you send us. If you contact us for support, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use it (legal bases)

• Delivering your purchase and providing support — performance of a contract.
• Measuring and improving advertising — consent / legitimate interests.
• Keeping records of sales — legal obligation.

Sharing

Your data is shared only with the processors named above (Stripe, Meta, Cloudflare, and our email provider). We never sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for 6 years as required by UK tax law. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Email sakib.websites@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

The only non-essential cookies on this site come from the Meta Pixel, used for ad measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalised ads in your Meta ad preferences.
